Greetings to all SPX Parishioners
As you know, work at our church construction site has begun!
During construction, there is a tradition or rite celebrated by commercial builders known as “topping out” when the final beam is placed atop the structure. Builders typically mark this occasion with a public ceremony. New Energy Works, the company erecting the wooden trusses on our church, is planning a “Topping Out” Ceremony, scheduled for Thursday August 10th @ 1:00 p.m. Everyone, including Bishop Matano, diocesan and parish staff, heads of local government, members of the media, contractors and parishioners are invited to participate in this ceremony. We hope can attend.
