Young people empowered to share, grow, and lead
The Teen Leadership Team exists to learn leadership skills and put those skills to use by planning and running classes for children, planning events for parish teens, helping write Sunday Youth sessions, and retreats, and serving in the community.
Think you’re too young? Think again! All 6th through 12th graders welcome. Young leaders will learn skills and work on tasks at their own grade level. Younger leaders may learn how to help manage small groups while older leaders will help plan Sunday Youth sessions or youth retreats.
We currently are offering two Leadership Training Programs for high schoolers:

SAVE the Date! November 8-11
A weekend for high school youth (grades 9-12) to learn how to be leaders in their faith. Youth LEAD will share practical skills and a clear vision of leadership that will allow youth to follow the call of our Church to be the Body of Christ in the world. This is a great follow up to NCYC 2023 and a great way to prepare for NCYC 2025! More information will be shared in the coming months. November 8-11 at Camp Stella Maris.
